    wow, now I know why its easier on a lift. Getting the old one piece out on jack stands is a PITA, but the new install is a piece of cake. It was supposed to come with a tip delete cause I despise shiny, but oh well, so flat back it went.

    TRD skid painted black,
    I had one on my 09 and if it is not lifted I recomend jacking up the chassis at the hitch. Makes getting the stocker out much easier.

    I ended up with the TRD which was just a bit quieter.
    The Banks is a nice unit well built, just throw some paint on the mounting brackets, they are not SS and will rust quickly.

    I think you can get a turn down piece for relatively cheap that will dump the exhaust down right after the canister. This is what I plan on doing down the road.
