An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Checked out one of the areas that burned last year.

As a first timer for basically anything and everything off road, you can guess which is mines.

Completed an epic adventure through the San Rafael Swell over this last weekend with @Jiveydude, @Rockymtntacoma and @DJB1. Three 1st Gens and a 3rd Gen. The trails we did were Black Dragon, Devils Racetrack and I believe Fix-it Pass. I'll let those guys post pics of their rigs.

That is definitely the most technical direction. That's the way we did it too. It was 50 degrees at the top with crazy wind.
Great pics. Wish we could have hooked up.

Sunday, we were in a hail storm at the high point of trail ridge road in the Rocky Mountain National park.

Beautiful pictures. I’m curious how many days it took and whether you stopped overnight in designated areas or just wherever you wanted?

Hey, this trail can be done in 1 day if you do it correctly, but I would definitely recommend atleast 2 days to enjoy the scenery such as the sunrise and sunset.

Its 100 miles of off roading and no services.

I did it in a 2 day time period, started around 1pm drove from Shafer Trail to about mid way mark (going counter clockwise).Half way mark would probably be White Crack Campsite (the most scenic and most popular, which lead it to be booked for the time I was going) or Murphy Hogback (there are 3 options here A, B, C. Campsite A would be the most scenic) we stayed at Hogback Murphy A.

You can't camp anywhere, you would have to go on NPS.gov and get a permit for the White Rim Trail, and book a campsite through their website which is about $30.00

Its a pretty chill trail, only a few spots were narrow and steep but other than that you're chilling in 2WD.

Not sure what hi-clearance you’re referring to? If you’re referring to the lift, then it’s about 2.5” sitting on 285/75/17 Toyo M/T’s. If that’s not what you’re asking, then let me know.

Ah, I see said the blind man. If that’s the case, then it’s the C4 Fabrication Overland Series Rear Bumper.

Edit: and I would add that I’m seriously plzd with it.

Is this a tough trail or can a novice do it without earning trail stripes?
