I can’t tell from the picture but what tires did you go with? I have the SB truck silver etc with similar suspension set up HD Dakar’s etc. Curious what you think of the tires. Feel slow, big harsh?

you probably have to get the regearing done man. I'm running Falken MT01's M/T and theyre kinda noisy. "droney" if you must. but theyre nice tires.. I LIKE THEM A LOT. i have yet to take them off road. but I will. I do feel slow because I am slowly adding more weight to the back of my truck.. i.e. topper, roof rack, RTT and spare tire hitch gate.. almost or about 500 lbs of added static weight. so HD Dakars are a must.

I run the HDs with just the RTT rack, some tools, recovery gear on a daily basis. I wouldn’t want to do anything less especially when I go on my trips. I load the truck up with 14+ gallons of water, 5-10 gallons of extra fuel, all the equipment. If that’s your style then your smart to get upgraded shocks over 5100s. Mine have faded on some bumpy long trips. Will prob end up swapping them out but have a hard time wanting to do it since they are the long travel that headstrong sells. Get ready to chase the squeaks though with the Dakar’s

32”. I have no issues with them. They are on the heavy side since they are e load (49 pounds). Still getting 20.9 mpg even with the 2.7L
