    It isn't that they've gone down. It is that they haven't gone up yet. Good advertising gets the name out, but word of mouth lets you know that they don't carry the same longevity as the higher quality brands. Good entry level performer for sure. Are they continually improving? Yes. They are scaling up just as the other brands are. They haven't broken into the OEM realm yet though. Once they do that, then they are at the top with the other brands.

    I think they just have the tungsten electrode in the mig gun. I don't hear the wire feed running.

    Don't see that with the others though. Hmmm....

    In my own experiences, I have been through three Precision turbos already. All journal bearing, but they only ever lasted a few years, before needing a rebuild. Sadly.

    Tolerances. Which generally play a factor in the higher turbine speeds. I.E. higher boost levels.
