    Sports team preference does not indicate jack shit about where you may or may not be from. It's simply a preference. I am sure there are non New England sports teams fans here. My friend is a 49ers fan, so does that mean he lives in CA/SF? Nope. And I am sure there are a lot of 49ers fans from around here because of their past/history. Same goes for any other sport/team.

    I like the teams I like due to the channel offering I am "submitted" to by the provider I have, therefore they are what is mostly on. And, because when I moved to the U.S., those were the same channels I have now, and not understanding the language I resorted to watching sports, and started to like and follow those same teams. Unfortunately DirecTV thinks I am in NYC because I am in Fairfield County. Nothing I can do about that, I tried already.

    And football??? That's a BS sport... ain't nobody got time for that. They should call it eggball because you sure as hell don't play it with your FOOT, except for one guy who gets to kick it once in a while. Or maybe call it tossball, or some stupid name.
