I was out drinking with one of my "cousin-in-laws" (cousin's brother-in-law), and that was after at least 5 lagers, an Angry Orchard, a shot of Fireball, and two Vegas bombs. I went to four different bars that night, in Feasterville, Warrington, and Doylestown. I only paid for my dinner and one beer at the first bar. The rest was all paid for by other people!

As for actual douchebags in Doylestown, do you know that tall middle-aged guy Joel with the beard who always rides around on a bicycle, and who's been banned from just about every drinking establishment in the Borough for one reason or another?

 

My A/C works just fine in terms of blowing cold air and keeping me comfortable, but I recently swapped out my OEM disposable cabin air filter for a K&N "reusable" one.

Since putting it in, I've noticed that my A/C actually makes a low-pitched whistling noise when the fan is turned up all the way!

Most of the time I shut the vents on the right so I get more air, and I've noticed in the last couple of years that it "whistles" when the right vents are closed and the fan is up all the way. Now, I've noticed that it does this when all four vents are open...

 

Just think of her exercising her right to own private property then if you think she is from there. You’d be grumpy too if you finally can have your own property after living through communism. She could have been nicer but shit when people come on my property with signs posted I get mad.

I read that part. Old former communist tend to be protective of their property. My friends father from Bulgaria is like that.

I came very close to kicking a drunk's ass one time...

Why?

Because all I did was beep at him for, oh I don't know, standing in the middle of a public road? He ran up to my truck and pounded on the hood.

I slammed on the brakes, threw open the door, got partially out of the truck and screamed "DON'T TOUCH MY FUCKING TRUCK!!!"

The douche was smaller than I was and the most he could do after seeing I was larger than him was flip me off and slink away. If I hadn't been right in front of the bar where I work, I probably would have laid him out and claimed self-defense...

That same night (Thanksgiving Eve) just moments later, another drunk guy swiped back of ice out of the bed of my Tacoma and then hurled it back at my truck when one of the bouncers got him. As hard as it hit my roof, I'm amazed there was no damage!

 

Maybe you are restricting too much air flow especially on full speed and closing the other vents it is probably forcing it's way through any type of small opening which on high speed could create a whistle noise.

 

Im assuming the K@N Air filter is more restrictive than the stock filter.

 

Whistles when all vents are open now, too...

 

Try going back to a stock filter or go to a taco meet and just ask to swap it out real quick and see what results you get, if no wistle on stock filter then the K.N filter is just being too restrictive, if it does still whistle might be worth trying to clean all your vents out and see if you have any critters in them.

 

Or even just take the filter out all together and try?

 

I don’t think this is the case, I had one of those filters and you could see through it in certain spots. Maybe I got a bad one.

 

Apart from a bad fan which I have never seen happen there really can't be much that would create a low pitch noise?

 

I’ve gotten nuts when I’ve come out of a store and had people leaning on my bed rails having a conversation. I always say get your own damn truck and talk story on.

 

One time I was meeting some friends at a frozen yogurt place and I was waiting for them. A Toyota Sienna with two dads and a bunch of little league kids parks in the spot to my right. One of the kids places his left hand on the window of daddy's minivan, stretches his right arm across the hood of my truck, and starts doing pull-ups. I laid on the horn and the little shit about jumped out of his skin!
