I know man! I actually do not have anybody visiting or any crazy plans this weekend so I will attempt to make an appearance. I literally came on the thread today to see if there was anything going on with you fun people this weekend so count me in.

I don't mind my friend. Waking up early on a Saturday is actually quite refreshing, having the whole day ahead of you and all. I'll try to roll in by 7:30 or 8am. It's at the circuit of Americas right?

What else is new man, plans for the truck?

 

Well I had to get rid of my old aftermarket headlights (Anzo) due to the fact I was having so many problems with them (headlights kept going out, wiring was installed poorly, etc.) so I just put the stock ones back in . So I've been looking at a new set, maybe LED Concepts or some from Tacoma Beast. Not sure what the reviews are like for those, but I like the way they look. Also, been thinking of putting in a new grille as well.

I still want to upgrade the front and back bump at some point too but that's quite the investment compared to the other two so not sure when that's happening. But looking forward to seeing yours sometime soon once it comes in and gets installed!

You gonna be there with the wok n fam? Maybe we should take an inventory of goods and bacon? I'm bringing the pop up, pack of thick cut bacon, a pound of some seasoned deer sausage for egg flavoring , eggs if needed, tortillas if needed, guajillo red sauce and a big shit eating grin.

 

I'm 80% sure I will be there. Our work schedule went to shit again today and we are having to cover for the supervisors in Pearsall for at least the next 2 weeks.
I have the OK from my manager to leave work for a couple of hours if our scheduled runs allow it. I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon before I will know for sure.

He wasn't to happy when I reminded him that after I work next Saturday that I will be gone for 10 days.

So i've started the search for black trim pieces for my interior, in particular, the A/C controls, and side pieces.

Is this for real? $300 just for the A/C controls in black? And these wouldn't even work with my 2011 due to the plugs on the back being a bit different.

@ChadsPride - where did you get your parts at? Some of them I can paint but the A/C with the knobs I'd much rather buy it already black......

 

I got mine from camelback Toyota. I think the guy doesn't do it any more tho

Yeah he(gunny) left that department I believe and someone else took it over but doesn't check the TW thread anymore. I believe the discount code TWPARTZ still works though. I bought a sun visor a month or 2 ago from them and that code worked.
