Thanks man, I can ship the roof rack, it would only be $50 for shipping. If I had a vehicle big enough to carry everything I'd make a run up to GA, always looking for an excuse to visit friends up there.

Haha not a bad offer. I’m not fully I’m the market for the rack, more so need a top first. I’ve actually got some prinsu style aluminum side bars in my garage, just need to order extrusion bars and mounting brackets.

Finding used 3rd gen toppers is slim pickings. Even slimmer chances of a color match.

    GLWS!!

Fortunately getting a cap painted isn't all that bad, it's not like prepping a car so its pretty cheap.

Wish the local shops near me felt the same. I’ve received quotes ranging from $300-$600. Those prices on top of the best I’ve been able to haggle the few used shells around me has been putting my all in price right there with a new one. Been looking for almost a year now. Bout to just throw down on a new one.

Almost did the same since I'm in school. Had someone offer to buy my truck a few weeks ago since I had it up, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. What are you studying?

    Boobs? :rimshot:

Sorry, couldn't help my self with the door left that wide open...

It was brought to my attention that I may have been a little too subtle with this joke. Let me say I don't have an issue with any gender being a nurse. It's an admirable career, and I wish you great fortune at it. What I was doing was a little word play since "nursing" can also mean breast feeding, a prerequisite for which would be... see where I'm going here? Sorry if I sounded in any way sexist. I was just going for humor.

Anyone know of any of the predator side steps for 3rd gen DCSB? Looking to add something to the truck and some step bars would do well to keep the girl happy getting in and out.

Not looking to spend more than 300
