I have 1” spacers on my truck. I’ll be taking them off the front when I do my ECGS bearing and the new hubs. I just had no idea when that will be.

Yep, I know how the sizes work. For instance, compared to my 265/70 tires both the 285 tires would have more sidewall. I’d have to assume the 34x10.5 would have more sidewall as it’s basically a 265 but almost two inces taller than my current tires. Math tells me that a 255/80 would have about 3/4 of an inch more sidewall than my 265/70.

And I figured the load rating would effect the overall harshness of the ride in rough pavement or off road. That’s another reason I’m trying to stick with a C load rating if I can but I’d think going up to a D load rating would not make much of a noticeable difference.

This thread is getting weird...we are concurrently discussing tire sizes, gardening tips for rodent prevention, the next off pavement adventures and the Mom’s likening of various widths....

    In my garden...

I use the stainless steel pigeon preventing stakes that impales the rodents when they try to jump in.

    Works fantastically for rabbit stew!!

I use a Stealth Cam when I actually take time to prep for hunting. Let me dig through my Amazon and I'll get the model

@EdinCincinnati and @09TRDSport4x4 - I'd love to try the 1" spacers, but this weekend I'll be up north for a bachelor party. Some time we'll have to link up though.

    You won’t get pussy.

But you can try my 1” extenders. Some moms like that more than additional width.

It’s cool, I’ll be out of town this weekend too. And I have no idea when the new parts will be going on the truck. Way too much shit going on right now...
