Before you go that route, just know there are some limitations with drop bracket style lifts. they require cutting the crossmember and once you go there it's a major pain if you ever want to go to something different. I personally bought my truck with one and will be doing kings front and rear however for the amount of money involved in getting these to be right your better going off with a standard mid travel setup from the start. Unless you love the height and look of the 6" lift. With either 3 or 6 you will still need to trim/cut body mount etc to fit a 35" tire.

Gracias! It’s a Thule Weekender. No longer in production but can be found on Craigslist, Letgo, FB marketplace, etc. This is my second one, the foot print size of it is perfect on a Prinsu rack. Besides additional storage I like how it creates a wind fairing for the RTT.

That's exactly why I asked. Just picked up the prinsu and that is a perfect fit! It being a wind fairing is an additional bonus that looks like it would be ideal for my setup as well. Teenagers these days, despite how lite I tell them to pack still want to bring everything with them!!!

Hah nope knew it was coming so I bunkered down in the annex. Moved all my camp kitchen stuff from the rear of the truck into the annex. It was about a 24hr storm in New Hampshire I believe called Stella, dumping 20+ inches. I got into the White Mountains two days prior and explored for the best site to settle into. I had the Mr. Buddy heater going and spend my time cooking, reading and downloading/looking through travel pics, getting out every so often to see the snow progress. I didn’t see anybody for three days but heard snow mobiles go by one evening. I was chilling but got worried they would send a rescue for me hah. Great experience to feel safe in extreme conditions with the truck, I essentially had food, water (beer), shelter.. Very humbling experience as well.

I’ll be getting into the overland scene soon wanted to outfit my truck before hand. Here’s my POS 3in ome, bumpers front an rear w/winch up front, sliders an skid plates, have a Detroit trutrac awaiting install an a front locker on the way. My stuff is not top of the line but works great an just plain fun. My DD, wheeling rig an everything in between.

Steel AllPro APEX with full hoops...

I’m the red headed stepchild of SC...everything on my truck is AP. With that being said, I highly recommend SOS Concepts.
