Sweet! .357 is a hoot in a rifle/carbine. I have a pair of pump action .357 carbines, and they are a riot to shoot.

IMI Timber Wolf .357/.38...made in Israel, and imported by Springfield Armory some time in the 1980s.

Glock 26 Gen 5 with only a couple hundred rounds through it. And on consignment no less.

Cabela's is having a sale this weekend on the Sig Sauer P365 for $529.99. Worth it or not?

It looks like a great platform, but with all the issues they had when they rolled them out I'd wait a bit to get one personally, assuming you're talking about a carry gun. They have allegedly fixed all of the issues at this point though.

For a non-carry gun, I'd definitely pick one up if I had the money. It has some great potential to gain a good hold of the concealed carry market as long as all these issues are proven to be resolved after some people get serious round counts through these guns.

I currently have a Springfield XDS .45 as my EDC gun. I haven't been very happy with it. I love having the stopping power of the .45 but the trigger is very heavy, the gun is heavy and the gun only holds 5+1 rounds. I'm kind of at that point where I want to try somehting else. I have a Sig Sauer P320-RX and absolutely love it. I know the P365 Gen1 had all sorts of problems. It seems like the Gen2 has resolved a lot of it. The only thing is if you hold it wrong the slide won't lock backwards after the first shot and I guess the magazine release is in an awkward position. Well God forbid I ever have to use my EDC in a real life situation but if I did neither one of those issues would affect me. I'm more concerned about overall feel, reliability, and trigger feel.

S&W M&P. I switched from the .40 / .45 fanboy world into the M&P 2.0 Compact 9mm. It's my EDC now. Love this gun. Over 1,200 rnds through it in 3-4 months and not a single hiccup. Flawless. 15+1 and Hornady Critical Duty.

If you check out most of the elite tactical firearms schools in this country they all shoot Glock or M&Ps for the most part. They all swear against XD, XDS, XD-M for EDC. Say they constantly see failures during training days with students.

    I should note: I gave up a Glock for an XD-M 4.5" .40. I gave up the XD-M for a 1911 .45. And I gave up my 1911 for my M&P.

Still own the XD-M and 1911 (which is my woods gun).

Glocks are great guns. I just really do not enjoy their triggers. And the G26/27 is too small to be comfortable for me. Used to own/shoot a G27!

My Springfield always jams. Until I started making my own ammo. Not sure what was different. I think that gun is very picky on OAL of the bullet

That's a really, really bad sign for a gun you intend to EDC. It should be able to feed anything if you're going to stake your life on it.

That's why I want it gone lol, that and the trigger pull is way too heavy. I think it's like 6.6lbs

That's a fairly heavy trigger pull. Most polymer guns are around 5.5lbs I think. Granted you can buy drop in triggers these days too.

I'm not in love with the trigger on my M&P 2.0. But it's better than Glock in my opinion. LOL I just really hate Glock triggers. Otherwise they're super reliable guns.

Ergonomics between the M&P and Glock are very different too though.

Here's a couple guys that swear by Glock and M&P for EDC's.
