    I wonder if the sensors are overheating? I know for my Innovate gauges it says in the instructions to use an extended or finned bung if over a certain egt. I dont know offhand what sensors they use but I havent had any problems on mine (one year old) but I also use these o2 bungs on all the y-pipes I am building.20180702_113732.jpg

    It was an Initial thought of mine, but there is a reason we don't use Bosch air fuel or even oxygen sensors at my work anymore. They are notorious for being designed like crap. I have been running an extended bung for a very very long time and it has proven to have no effect on improvement in life span of these sensors, and that is that I am running mine downstream after the cats at the end of the Y. Imagine if mine was closer to the exhaust manifold.

    I find it odd that my Denso one has performed incredibly throughout all this time if heat was an issue.

    I ran my SC intercooler with RP and distilled water one summer and definitely noticed a difference vs standard coolant. Just a pain to switch for the seasons in Colorado.

    Almost finished with my latest iteration of the equal length y-pipe. This one is a little different because I had to re-measure everything due to much more convenient mandrel bends. To the few that spoken to, you will get them in the order you contacted me. I'm not sure how long for each one but hopefully I get faster with each build.
