Yea, Mountain Road is steep in a few places (entrance from Waterfall for sure) but the private driveway I live off of is really steep! I turn left off of mountain onto the private driveway that is shared by the residences on the private road and the first 300' or so is probably at about 12-15% incline and is bumpy/rocky.. It levels out a bit and then there is another fairly steep portion closer to my house that's again at least a 10% grade and the road there isn't in great shape - bumpy, rocky, some pits, etc. Then my personal driveway which is about 100' slopes down towards my house and so when leaving my driveway heading back up, it's probably about a 10% incline or so. Definitely need 4WD and lucked out this year on not much snow...

I see you are a firefighter... Do you work for PWC? And happen to be at the station on 15 or Antioch? That would be super convenient and close for you if so. Thanks, btw.. My wife is too.
