    I have been looking at this thread for a while. So to understand the new pricing, I would need ~$1200 + shipping to do a full manual hub conversion? 990 for your kit, and 115 for two Aisin free wheel hubs? I have extended axles for my +3.5 long travel kit so I would have to separate / reuse the shafts.

    Am I missing any other components?

    Yeah, Aisin hubs come single and without mounting hardware, you have to get those goofy cone washers too. Warn comes with everything.

    M8-1.25 nut and M8 flat washer. I use ss acorn nuts myself.

    I developed this for my PreRunner to 4x4 conversion.
    I get same economy now as before- there’s suppose to be a difference between the two, so I say yes.

    Can you pm me a cost and whats still required. I am in the middle of doing the 4runner brake upgrade on my truck but that shouldn't affect anything
