Last week I had no internet for several days in Seoul than an overnight flight back to CA Monday, so I apologize for that.

At the current moment reg keys and updates I will be able to send out in the evening

 

Are you going to be making a large batch of these? If so I'll take one

 

I got nothing more to say, it wasn't Mat who emailed me last night. I just saying I am disappointed at this point and that's it. Based on this experience I will not buy again and I hope that after I get it installed I wont need any additional support. I paid over a month ago, I am a customer and I want what I paid for. Thats it! Not trying to be snarky!

 

I don't think anyone has been waiting over a month to install their tunes. A few days at the most right now. What day did you send us your system ID? Because from that day is the day the process can be started. I understand you are disappointed right now but I don't see anyone waiting this long unless they have ran into issues outside of my control. In most cases reg keys are sent next day, or within 2 days of when we get a system ID.


So I don't know what happened in your case but we have every intention of sending you what you paid for. Why it took a month? I have no idea because I don't know who you are or the current order / registration status.

We support our customers as quickly as possible but we do have to wait for the customers to supply info to us as well.

I thought that might be the case right after I posted the question.

 

There were issues with my order awhile back. It took over 30 days for me to get my tune. I had to remain patient and calm. It got all sorted out, I got my tune and ended up a happy camper.

Shit happens. Stay in contact with Mat through email. It WILL get sorted, don't sweat it. You'll be happy with the results (remember to wait a few hundred miles before really judging it compared to stock). Being patient is the hard part

My guess it has more to do with what the last ban was for, and he came back and poked again.

 

2914 is my order number and I paid for it snd wasn't available to try to install it till last Thursday, was having issues on my end last week, totally my issue that could have been resolved if I new that I needed to connect my computer to the truck to access the files. I figured that out at 8 am yesterday, I thought that my order information was stored with my order and all you needed was my id. At 10.30 last night I was told that I needed to provide more information, did that and was hoping that I would have what I needed this morning since i responded right awsy last night.

 

I understand your frustration sir. But please don't be that guy. Several tuned members are suggesting you be patient, and they do this for a reason. Mat is a stand up guy, he's not ripping you or anyone else off. You'll regret losing your shit if it comes to it, trust me.. we have seen it a few times now and the apologies that had to be made. Oh and nobody around here will let you forget it either. Lol.
Just friendly advice, do with it what you want

 

Everybody will be watching the complaints and inevitable apology, and will remember longer than Pepperidge Farms lol
