Not so much the pot holes as those speed bumps and storm drain grates.

But seriously, I just am always looking for a deal and if I can save a couple bucks now then so be it. If I could get 20% off at Headstrong I would buy the entire kit today. eBay is so limited to what they have. I would rather have new suspension components too. Buying from eBay will mean buying other components and parts from other sources. Not favorable with my luck.

It's a phase. Every time I hear sale I think lift kit............

You got them free off of the forum? I want a little lift too. About as much as I can get without needing UCAs. And, if I go to far and need UCAs I will just have to bite the bullet. Why it has taken this long. I am all over the place with it and just throwin' down another grand + on the truck is so hard for me to swallow. I am so cheap sometimes.

Do you have a web cam in my house?

Honestly though, she would do without so that I was happy including buying something like a lift that I REALLY don't need. I could dremel that little plastic piece off the fender where the tire rubs and stop being a bitch and whining every time it rubs to try to justify a lift.

"See, there's that damn rub again. If I had a lift kit that wouldn't happen!" :angrygirl:

But she also knows I want to, as she says "hang with the guys from the forum". She truly is a saint for putting up with my me me me attitude all these years. She definitely spoils me, and I her. But we've been together for 35 years now and trust me, we were linoleum poor in the beginning. No help from anyone and have been at rock bottom. It's nothing like that now. Granted, we are not rich either. Hell, not even half way well off. We are average, blue collar peeps. But she would do anything to make me happy and feel good and I feel a little guilty about it so it is just a little hard to justify.

    Hence the bargain shopping

And I don't mind sharing all this with you guys. Hell, I have only met a couple of you, but you've all been a major part of my life for the last year. <3

My wife is building her first dollhouse. She said she's always wanted to build one since she was a kid. Its actually starting to look pretty good. When I ask how much $$$ she has in it so far she says less than I have in one of my 5 vehicles lol.

If you can wait for Headstrong to run a sale. I paid $643 last November 6th. I don't remember what the sale occasion was. I am very happy with the Bilstein kit from Headstrong that @EatSleepTacos and I installed. I also turned around and sold my stock off-road Bilsteins and coilovers for $200.
