I got them used from @Dan8906 - he told me there was a squeaking issue with his set. I'm going to attempt to take the leaf pack apart and grease at the points of contact at each leaf, and change out the standard bushings for greasable ones.

I'll throw a fresh coat of POR15 on because I have half a can leftover from when I sandblasted my front differential.

Now what color should I paint my SPC UCA'S? They're black right now, but that's boring. I really like the Enamel Gray of the Total Chaos UCA's.

Leons does a good job and fairly cheap if you want a solid color, had so suspension parts done by them.
Maas brothers is a really good powder coating shop too,I had my bumper done by them and really liked how that came out.

God damn you. I was going to just rattle can them and go over with a clear coat, but now you put the idea of a glossy powder coat in my head. Time to go visit my local powercoater I guess, I had them do my Manual Hubs and they did a great job.

It's funny, this shop powercoated my tiny pathetic manual hub dial covers, and when I walked in their warehouse to pick them up they were loading a giant 60x20 foot metal beam onto a flatbed semi that they just finished with a 12 ton overhead gantry.

Hmmm. How does Firetruck Red to match my Manual Hubs sound like?

With the amount of off-roading @BartMaster1234 does, I wouldn't even paint it. It's all going to get scratched off.

I like rustoleum - it's easy to touch up and cheap and from 10 feet away some styles can look as good as powder coat - check out their hammered tones.

I use Reliable Powdercoating in San Leandro. They did my manual hub dial covers, the surround ring, and the bolts for $115. That's sandblasted, and coated. I have since sanded the lettering down to the base metal, as suggested by @Speedytech7 which makes them stand out more.

If it was a Chevy I wouldn't have said anything but it's a FORD! I lost one of my brothers when he went out & bought a 2017 F150.

Yeah I know, JFWY, only said something cause it's a Ford. Not sure why I don't like Ford so much, I must have been brainwashed when I was a kid. Hope you get your truck up & running soon.

I figured you was lol I just wanted to be like the guy whos shunned at heaven's gate cause he saw a nun wearing a thong lmao.

Don't feel bad I do the same thing when people drive mustangs or Jeep's. Friend of mine got a new jeep Wrangler setup is nice for off road. His winch bumper has a rope with a winch hook on it. Figured maybe it's just for a mock up (he's wierd like that) then I asked him going to get a winch or lockers. "What's a winch or lockers?"
