    I was volunteer with PWC but primarily doing work with swiftwater, i had a very unique skillset going into tye dept. and got to go straight to that crew.
    In ffx I was a wham-balance driver, at the end Got up to training Sgt.

    When using the cutoff wheel even with the guard i would feel sparks or chunks of metal hit me fairly often. I was chopping my exhaust at the axle on the taco and some of the sparks singed what little hair is left on my head. Always wore at least a set of goggles though.
