    But everything known to the State of California causes cancer. If you check I bet they even list dihydrogen monoxide as known to cause cancer.

    Seeing as how *everything* causes cancer, CA seems to be the only one to admit it, lol

    And H2O is considered a toxin, if given the right dose... It's called drowning.

    And yes, water literally IS radioactive. Most things are radioactive.

    However the DOSE is the important piece of the equation, not necessarily the substance itself.
