Did you add a plate of some sort inside? I may have to do something similar, curious your method.

I just used a large fender washer on the inside of the tent. Sorry I wasn't able to take a pic last night but it is at the very front corners of the tent. I have 3 crossbars and the rear two were able to pick-up in the tracks but the front most is about even with the front of the tent after the tracks stop

So - I got somewhat creative last night and added my awning mounted off the back of my tent. I'm not 100% convinced on how sturdy it is.. but we shall see.

I used some aluminum angle I had sitting around bolted to the tracks in the tent. Then added one more bolt at the very back end of the tent (drilled thru the shell).

I may switch to steel or aluminum with longer legs to cut down on the flex a little bit.

So the code will always work so long as the tent is preordered. So from now until the tents get on their boat they will be discounted, once tents reach the shore then it’s back to normal pricing. Reason being is I have my pricing revolves around the fact that they are prepaid and have a home prior to them coming. After that I have to deal with buying the tents myself, and storing them myself

    Hope that helps

Just order one asap, you're going to love it! I wish mine would fit into the garage while mounted, I would never take it off!

I didn't mean to derail the thread - my bad!

These do appear to be really nice tents. I don't camp enough now (sadly) to justify the expense, but I'm hoping to be changing that soon.

If one of us sends you the movie on disc you'll find out that we are right about how awesome it is and then also realize that we are obviously right about how awesome these tents are as well and should immediately add yourself to the group buy list and start eating poverty flavored food so you can save the rest of the money.

Can the movie be streamed anywhere? I'm assuming this is basically a long ad?

    I am kinda curious.
