There was some fitment issue they had to sort out and are re-tooling the housing shape as we speak. Should hopefully see a new RP (rapid prototype) very soon.

I feel like this retrofit is going to be the best quality and best price point cross over vs trying to open up the headlights myself or pay one of the skilled TW members to do it for me.

 

Will this work with SR5 models?

It will work on every 2016+ Tacoma

That's really why housings have grown in popularity for us so much recently. Performance is probably 80% of a retrofit, with zero effort, no concern of the installer's work, no harness, etc.

 

I'm glad I'm thinking on the right track. I just don't have the time to stumble my way through a retrofit never having done one before and I'm not sure I want to spend $1000 to have a guy do one in his garage. I've seen some really awesome retros from say MesoJDM but not everyone may have the same QC as him. I like the idea of having a company behind the product. Can't wait to see them on the market.

Especially a company that ships 300-1100 orders daily and growing leaps and bounds. Good thing to have backing it.

Are you considering angry halos with these lights by chance? Halos just look good, to me anyway.
