    Also running e85 so that should make up some of the 2.5x size difference in fuel needed

    Don't think you are ever going to be able to trim out that larger of an injector down low. They say 2x max.

    295cc to 635cc with e85 I would say it should but I'm down to -1.90 now...

    Maf sensor goes from 0 to 5v and idle is right around 1v. It's not going to be easy to do.

    I took my battery cable loose and reloaded the stock tune again pulled down to -1v in vacuum amd its at least its driveable ltft are like -40 :bananadead:.But before I disconnected the bat I had pulled the voltage down to -2.49v and ltft still were at -20. I dont understand how when a cel comes on because of rich o2 sensor the way makes the trims work in open loop so wth? Why can't I tune it to that?

    I mean those are the smallest upsized injectors that urd sells and I know that other 4.0s are running these... Why is this happening. I did see that I could tighten my header nuts a half turn or so; I ran them up tight but its not helping (or it enough)

    Try with 93.

    The UCON can input injector size and voltage values. Your MAP-ECU3, does not.

    Just be careful. That sounds like a 4.blow is about to happen. Fueling is pretty serious stuff.

    Too much fuel gonna make it blow? I'm definitely gonna keep the load low till I get something figured out

    No not that, but if you are actually telling your ecu to pull 2.5v that’s pretty wild shit.

    My truck does a pretty big fuel shift at .1v

    .1 that is like nothing? I'm pulling -1.0 right now and I got there at 5% every minute or 2 as the stft caught up

    I know this isn't quite up to temp but u get the idea (cel is back on for system rich and the o2 sensor code is pending)
