I was disappointed when the small trucks kept getting bigger because I need a small truck more than a big truck. My wife's new Colorado is almost as big (outside) as her old Silverado. Inside is smaller with all the crap they put in them now. Next month I'm "giving" my son the 98 Tacoma (with the provision he doesn't screw up the dash with some stupid stereo crap and if he wants a different vehicle the Tacoma comes back here). With a little over 50k miles and it's size and condition, it fits what I want to do and it'll last me the rest of my lifetime.

On another note, I seen a newer Tacoma the other day with a "TSS" decal on the back sides of the bed. The truck had Texas plates and I've seen other "Texas Edition" vehicles, but never seen that one before.

As much as I like my Taco, i wish they were the same size as 1st gen.
    1st gen A/C with a 4.0 would work for me.:notsure:

In 2013 I was in Lafayette, IN for about 3 months for work and a 1st gen Tundra would park next to me and I swear it was about dimensionally the same as my Taco. I just wish I could lay a piece of plywood in the bed without having to have the cross members to support it over the wheelwells. Not holding out much hope that the new generation of "small" trucks will have the bed dims to do that. :pout:

The store my wife works at has the same thing (Fry's). Order online, parkinglot pickup. The worst parts are having someone pick out meat and produce and the other is, if they don't have what you ordered then they pick what they think is a suitable substitute. If you don't like their choices you can have them refund what you don't like but takes all the "speed and convenience" out of it. But if it's something they can't screw up it's not bad.

This is the part I don't like. The storms come up from the Gulf of California and skirt by. Humidity is only about 35% but it just makes it uncomfortable when you're climatized at less than 20%. The wind is supposed to pick up to around 15 mph later,.so I may wait to cut the lawns then.

I’m not staying long here today. Did enough stretching for heel to mend and it’s cramping up again

Fortunately trunk was an old hackberry. Like balsa wood. Real dangerous to have close to a house

Oregon makes good bars and chain. You can shop them online. A lot of places carry them.
