I would think any 03-04 w/ Auto would come with it. They are electronic TB vs cable driven.

 

Don't sweat it bro, we're a 2 taco house as well, not quite as matching as you, one black w/ silver, the other silver w/black. Loved the first one so much, it wasn't even a month between paying off the first and buying our second.

 

At one point wife and I both had 2002 4Runner's I traded for the right one - she loved it, and then a friend of a friend sold the left one.

Yea, we were looking at getting her a 3rd gen 4runner but we found the taco in the process. Had to buy it!

Good Idea, I did spacers and regretted it. Still have them in the back under the leaf springs, but I changed the front shocks to bilsteins with OME 887 coils. Front rides much better now, still waiting until I can afford a new set of leafs.

 

The rostra cruise control was probably installed at the dealership. Dealerships in New Orleans area back then installed them too in the 01-04 trucks.

I found it in mine and couldn't get it to work so I removed it completely and installed the factory one. Most used parts.
