something small but I like it...

my wife made me these cool little sandstone coasters for the condensation.... I think they add a cool little personalized touch to my truck

Just got back from a 2 week road trip and put in over 1850 miles. Didn't go by the display but figured my mileage old school and got 22.794 mpg for the trip. Running stock wheels and tires but pleased considered we were loaded down, some interstate driving between 70-80 mph and 70% of the driving was in the foothills and mountain areas.

It looks like you have the Level 8 wheels. I have a silver sky metallic 17 with those wheels. Just wondering about your lift (if so what and how much taller) and tires. Looks good!

Thanks man. Well now I just need to figure out how to mount them in there, and get them wired up. Ideally, I would like them on with the DRLs and the low beams, but i dont know how to make that happen yet

Thanks @moshdub. Those picks were before I installed Bilstein 5100s all around, OME 885's on the front and Icon AALs on the rear. Got right at 1 3/4" up front as advertised.

Tried to install my hood struts today....wound up dropping one of the freaking oversized rivets down in the engine compartment while trying to fit it into place.

Things are way bigger than the 3/16" drill bit's hole...even when it was wallowed around a bit.

Nobody in the area today that may have had replacements was open.

Aggravated that this will have to wait yet another week.....grrrrrr.

At least I did get in my weekly wash prior to the rain coming in.

Will get me through the workweek until next weekend....when I plan on another wash and an easy wax with this stuff....

If you ever wondered if those dirt traps work......here ya go...

Bent the ears and removed the spare tire hoist mechanism, drilled new holes and 2 coats of primer. Just a couple coats of paint and its ready 20180715_165056.jpg for relocation. Should give me an extra inch or so as the 275/70/17 was getting close to the diff.

I have been struggling with trying to keep the windshield on my new taco clean. The old wipers (stock) didn’t work at all they would just glide over watermarks and small bugs. The windshield was even tough to clean by hand the old fashion way. So, today I scrubbed it down 3 times got it pristine then I applied Rain-X and swapped out the wipers to Bosch Icons. Hopefully this helps my cleanliness issue.
