Well, replaced the relay and it still did the a/c flashing light. Might try the a/c amplifier assembly next. I can always just press the a/c button on/off and it'll work again so i just don't think it's the compressor itself.

    Ummm....stuff and more stuff
I had the dealer finally say there is a fix for that damn issue. According to my dealer it was just released in the last month for my tacoma. They are claiming that if the temperature is above 100 it can cause the issue. The fix is a fan that sits in front of the radiator on the passanger side. So far no issues but not sure that fix is really going to be the solution.

I mean....how can a compressor sitting in the AZ sun be cooled enough in the first 2 minutes of starting the truck to keep it cool enough. But so far so good so, time will only tell.

I immediately think of you literally any time a diff drop is mentioned

FWIW my views have changed. I don’t have one. Pretty negligible difference, so I’ll take that $30 and buy chickfila instead.

Been fiddling with some grill lighting (quazi Raptor like). Certainly not done, by any means. Just coming up with some mounting options and initial test fitting. I fashioned some mounts out of black plastic. Still brainstorming though.

Powered them up with a 9v battery. So, they're a bit brighter than this with 12 volts running through them.

Muffler delete, 3inch Rough Country Lift Kit, 33 inch Tires, Tekonsha Break controller, Uni Filter mod, K&N intake, E3 Spark Plugs, Front Bump Stop Upgrade, Cali Raised Hood Pod lights, Power Stop slotted and drilled front rotors and carbon ceramic pads.
i just followed Tacomaholic's new video on youtube and changed my secondary breather (the UNI Filter mod). Anyone here with a 2nd gen tacoma needs to check this system and then do this "mod", none of us want damaged engines (if the secondary breather filter has gone bad)

Just sayin' one member gives a clearly documented reason not to have them (along with others who share that sentiment) whilst you just say it's not good to have a lift and not have one with zero supporting evidence... trust but verify, care to verify your statement?

The bolts are M10 x 1.25TP x 50mm(2”L). From what I’ve been reading on here and the website that sells these kits, it’s only the back you can raise since the are vertically shimmed. The fronts mount horizontally and all you would be doing is shimming it outward instead of upwards. The back actually makes a big diff, it levels out the chair instead of sitting in a 5gal bucket like someone mentioned on here.

Got my home-made Prinsu knock-off rack installed on my camper cap (shell, topper, whatever you call it where you live). I have a Gen-You-Wine Prinsu on the way for the cab, but they said they won't even be shipping until July 30.

    IMG_20180715_170333.jpg

Also installed a tailgate damper, but I'm not sure if I like it or not. When I close the tailgate, the factory support cable gets buggered up with the damper. I have to manually place the cable is just the right position or the gate won't close. (Notice how the cable is a little bit kinked from being folded and pinched.)

Typical problem with the ez down. Continued use will ruin the cable. I have not heard of a solution yet.
