Do you think the LED lighting would be pointless to buy if I have mesojdm map lights?

 

For street use? Orange virus tune and a set of Michelin premier ltx street tires would totally change the truck for you in some good ways

 

Ha ha if you have the MESO lights then you are good to go! Nothing is brighter than those things. I think that kit also comes with license plate lights too, but you could get those separately for cheaper.

You could always debadge or black out your emblems
black out the chrome toyota emblem on the grill
Look into retrofit headlights
Stiffer suspension if you want better handling like bilstein 5100’s
