    I bet that truck sells quick. I thought that was as rare as it gets. I stand corrected. There are 141 in the states available in access 4x4 Sport with 6M transmissions (72 in gray, cement and silver). I guess Toyota started listening.

    I thought about this but wanted to be able to use the 12v plug for plugging in a pump for wife’s inflatable SUP and whatever else. I know there is a plug in the center console but I have the console organizer, and junk in there so sort of a PITA to have to use that plug. This one does not fit flush, close, but I don’t mind it angling out my really important CF TRD sticker.

    Installed my K&N air cabin filter
    Picked up a grease gun and some grease for my SPC uca's
    Also moved the spare tire mechanism back to mack room for a larger tire.... Couple coats of primer. Couple coats of black ... Waiting for the paint to cure before reinstall.. .. Impatiently...

    The tray is for a 2nd gen Tacoma Prerunner V6 with tow pkg ($35 at a local dealer p/n
    $58 744310C020 TOYOTA Genuine (74431-0C020) Battery Tray
    744310C020) that came with a 27F battery
    The battery is a DEKA 727FMF from Pasco $135
    The trays are not bolted in. They simply rest with 2 bosses in holes in the metal tray underneath. No mods for this. Exact fit. 27F battery and tray are approx 2" longer than the 24F battery and tray. Same height and width.
    After the stock 24F died at 18k miles, from the moment I replaced it with another 24F, I decided to upgrade to a stronger battery. Luckily the 24F is the size in my car and that battery is 5 years old. Thought it would be a good time to solve two problems at the same time.
