Your gabbed spindles probably increased the scrub radius over stock

My doors are the only stock things left besides the headlights
I bet it's less or stock...my kpi is pretty much spot on...I think its cause the kit is 5" over per side and it has alot of bump travel

I needed to trim a tiny bit near the rear to clear 37’s with 6” McNeil.

shit!! ive cut, bashed and cut some more and still need to bash and cut, as im still rubbing, same kit you have, know what glass im running, as you delivered it to me, and 305/70/17 tires.
But my frame may not be straight and my alignment is close to stock, not ideal for lifted taco. Im thinking of tubing the cab next. If I cant get better alignment specs.

I starting to think its a design flaw. But they say up to 35's
and with zero instructions on the kit and so few guys on here with it on a 2nd gen that have good insight on it. I'm hopping I will figure it out. My theory right now is the tie rod extension maybe a tad to long thus not allowing the alignment tech to get the specs I want. My tech kind of agreed with me said I should try to shorten it by at least 1/2" maybe 3/4". I don't see a way to do that without ordering a custom one, or different tie rod ends. I checked with Camburg to make sure they are the correct length as my kit was used. and they are.

I cut 1/4" off of the extension on my drivers side to get my toe to come into spec

    Yes
Just shorten your inner tie rod, super easy unthread the tie rod end keep the jamb nut on it and just cut off a bit then thread the jamb nut off to clean the threads if you don’t have a die. This is quite common, for some reason a lot of the drop bracket guys need to do that and for some reason a lot of people have more probs with the drivers side too.

This is my plan just havnt got to yet. as the spacer pretty muck threads all the way down now, and cutting spacer would only gain an 1/8"
And my driver side is worse then pass but both need it.

First ride since before winter. If anyone can tell me why I haven't been riding, please come tell me, and smack me for not getting out more.

    Pros:
Bike still runs great for being an old girl.

I still kinda know how to ride.

Still faster than the truck on the bike

    Cons:
I'm way outa shape and need to fix that

Went through sections that I tuned my truck through...they're not as big as they seem in the truck

Truck needs: more suspension tuning, bypasses up front, 37's, more power, more travel.....

well sleeving into the frame for more strength rather than just flat at the plate is what i meant.
