True but for a daily driver, if you're getting the rotors that hot & get water splashed on them to crack the rotors, you should really change your driving style or upgrade to Tundra brakes or something else if needed. They would need to get pretty damn hot to crack, warping is more of a possibility than cracking.

If that were the case also, I would think they'd call em splash shields rather than dust shields.

The thin panels that line the top of the cab and around the rear windows is really sharp

True, I need to upgrade to tundra brakes soon. The added weight has impeded my breaking performance.

I think its more a dual propose thing. Meant to keep break dust from coating all your suspension but also stops stuff from getting into your breaks

There are respectable people and plain f'n morons man. The respectable ones keep nature and trails clean so we can keep enjoying them. The moron leave it like a spring break party and crash and hurt themselves effectivley ruining for everyone else.

I don't do much more than lightly hosing it down once in awhile...not worth it to detail the whole motor when it's just going to get filthy again shortly after.

I've pressure washed the taco's engine plenty of times and even with degreaser, protectant (which Gunk is shit) it still looks shitty. The best it ever looked was when I'd only owned it for a month...

I'm for new trails being made as much as the next guy but there's a right way and a wrong way. And what they did is wrong. I'm not a huge environmentalist but I don't like when people cut trees down cause they want to. There needs to be a reason for it. And to ruin the environment like that gives offroaders a bad name.

Jacked the truck up. Something is up with my spindle. My uca uniball spins, but not on the passenger side. I think the wheel bearing is shot too. Alot of play. Damn, i just did both bearings last year

I'm going to assume that your in your 20's to early 30's same as alot of us on here. Might be a stretch but bear with me. There's a offroad park near me called the Badlands in attica indiana. People got bored of it and started going around where they shouldn't have and one group went through a nature preserve. They all got fined out the ass and DNR took them to court for it. They lost obviously, and now trucks or anything that looks like it was offroading get questioned by the police for it. If you just came from the Badlands gotta prove it. And I get stopped cause my truck is dirty all the time so I have to tell them I live on a dirt road and prove it with my address. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and man it ruins it for people.
