    That's exactly how I got my dent...same friggin boulder. I kept my dent with the intention of replacing it with some sort of flat bed camper thing.

    A little, but as previously mentioned I suck more at fishing than wheeling. Use it for an excuse to day drink mostly. I caught one peice of lava, one pine cone and lost one of those flashy tackle thingies.

    FYI. The Tahoe National Forest is, as of today, under fire restriction. And Rattlesnake Road is closed to OHV.

    I went on a poker run at a motorcycle rally that pretty much forced you to find the markers and actually read them for answers. Turns out I knew the answers to a few but it was still fun to read the markers.

    In a way, it's our responsibility to learn about places we go. Yeah? Just makes it more interesting to me.

    Jim Branham of Cal4Wheel's Resource team is a huge wealth of knowledge about the Sierra. I've been on a couple of trips with him and I shit you not, it was amazing all the places he's been and can give great detail on. That's kinda what inspires me.

    Did he get caught up in the ditch that was filled with huge rocks? I noticed that on my way out someone tried to fill it in

    It was actually just after the rocks, where it was all loose dirt. We added some rocks to fill in the holes, and he was able to clear it.
    Looks like someone got stuck earlier on the upward hill, and just roasted their tires through the hillside.
