Did they complain about the massive skid? "Too big to fit in anything", "Weighs 400lbs", "Ridiculous dimensions". I can only imagine haha

Quick question about tires, where do you guys buy from? Who has the best prices, do shops ever have sales (buy 3 get 1)?

I believe it. And this skid has my sliders plus couple bumpers on it, maybe more that I don't know about. So it is quite large!

The NTB I hang around in Cambridge (Mass Ave) has a perpetual Buy 3 Get 1 sale, but their prices are still slightly higher than Tirerack.

My family went to Sam's club. Good prices and the manager for the tire shop was a decent guy. Ours shutdown recently though.

Nope I didn't talk to the guy, he left a message.

I've never had them complain, just ask abiut the truck and stuff, and maybe a comment about it not fitting in the bed lol.

Nope just the 3 items (4 pieces) on the skid

    To many, but never done
As long as trucks not in direct sun light and it's not 90 degrees in the shade they should be ok, just make sure they have plenty of water.

Depending on the tires, I've found that the various shops' prices can vary drastically. Sometimes it's Sears, NTB, Tirerack or Discount Tire Direct. If I find a down and dirty online price, I bring it to Townfair and they price match. I used the 'ship to store' for Tire Rack and had a local NTB mount my wife's last set and it was very quick and painless.

Goddamn it, why did I come back? I still had beer, food, and gasoline for the boat; I should have stayed on the lake. This 'work' crap is for the birds.

BJ's seems to be on the high side with prices was looking at S/T maxx for 16" & they were ~$60 more than anywhere else.
