Finally mounted up my Ditch Light Brackets and threw some KC Flex singles on them! Not sure if I should have gone with the duals or not, but I really like these!

Just swapped out my branding iron. After sitting in the sun all day the buckmark will leave welts. Same old shirt has done a lot of coverage.15318451258741702106890.jpg 20180717_091450.jpg

You all are having way too much fun. Me? Bought a 2010 A/C July 7. Ordered parts and hit the auto supply store. July 15 I replaced the rear tail lamp (cracked and collecting water), right tail gate strap (missing), wipers (I think they were installed by Mr. Bosch himself), engine air filter, cabin air filter (had to cut down the old-growth forest that has sprouted up), mounted the right mudflaps (torn off during an off-road attempt I guess), and I picked up some CoverKing neoprene seat covers. Sources? RockAuto, Autozone, Craigslist. Cost? $174 total.

It seems have some strength , but I didn't take care enough while working.
As you can see, the tailgate has become about 1/2 inch lower on this side.
Moreover the left bed wall gegins to give way on the left.
So, I've ordered bed stiffeners; hope it'll help to put that right again.

For sure. Work in progress. Take it back to the truck, measure and lay out the holes for the mount and compressor and hopefully have it mounted up this weekend. Stay tuned:turtleride:

I just learned bend radius and setback so I am eager to bend some aluminum at my school to use as my OBA and Aux fuse bay/WTF is that area...

That is a lot of weight for a panel like that if you are going down even gravel roads. Might want to fab a support leg that bolts to somewhere in the engine bay. Powertrays use a leg like I described. Maybe take some inspiriation from those.

Your right. I was thinking about running something off the firewall to the panel. Reason being, I might mount the comp towards the back and the blue sea fuse block and 120a breaker upfront. Gotta play a lil Tetris to see what will work. Totally understand where your coming from, appreciate it! It’s always good to have another set of eyes notice something.

Glad i could help. There is a smallish (M6?) bolt down in the engine bay maybe 8-10 inches below the elevation of that tray. Should be roughly in line with the front mounting bolt on the fender. That is the one the power tray uses as support, and it is rock solid.

You can see where it goes in this picture:

Looks like somebody had a similar idea to you as well:
