    found some weird electrical and some interesting choices while remodeling. Easily fixed but delayed some progress. I was out of town this weekend in Seattle while the wife worked on the house. (That went over about as you could expect) But her grandpa helped set the can lights, while doing the last one a sheet of ceiling drywall fell off the ceiling. Apparently there was termite tunnels in the drywall. He patched and repaired it and today i hope to mud/sand/texture.
