    Oh and for those of you who were asking about my marinade for the steak tips, here's my recipe:

    • Cajun seasoning (Cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt)
    • Chipotle pepper powder
    • Jalapeno pepper powder
    • Garlic powder
    • Mustard powder
    • Soy sauce
    • White vinegar
    • Liquid smoke
    • Yellow mustard
    • Sriracha
    • Honey (the more you add the less spicy it'll be)
    I used a good bit of honey on those to try and keep it mild, which seemed to work. The jalapeno and chipotle pepper powder aren't too spicy, but give it a nice smokey pepper flavor. The white vinegar helps the marinade soak into the meat and adds a nice tang.

    I'll use variations of this marinade quite often! Soak the meat for a day or two and it'll be very tasty!

    Alright I'm starting to plan out the Going Away Party/Tailgate this Saturday the 21st!

    So far the Game Plan:

    Starts: Mid-Morning on Saturday.
    Ends: Whenever everyone passes out.

    What to bring: Drinks. We will split pizzas or go out for food. Lots of drinks. Chairs, coolers, etc.

    What to do: Drink, eat, music, hookah/shisha, maybe some truck work on my truck.

    Where to park: Porter Square Shopping Center/Parking Garage or any other nearby lot. Street parking on my street (hopefully PD won't come round), or park at Alewife and take the T to Porter (10min walk). If someone with a double cab wants to ferry people to and from, that would be helpful! That person could park in my lot.

    Unfortunately, we will not have much in the way of beds/couches for people to crash on. But if you want to bring a blow-up mattress and crash we should have some room. I'd rather you do that than drive drunk!

    There will also be a good number of non-TW people there, so I'm hoping it'll be a blast! PM me or text me with any questions!
