    We all have our experiences and relate to the video looking at it from that point of view. It's easy to second guess people, but honestly, I can see me likely fumbling the reload if I was also holding the magazine while trying to secure the car at the same time.

    Its a tough time to be in the law enforcement game in the States and it seems to be getting worse.

    Yeah, I agree.
    Plus I would ask a LEO, how often do you actually practice this senario?
    Firing from a car, through the windshield, while in a car chase and taking fire from suspects vehicle.

    The fact he got the magazine turned correctly and inserted is amazing to me.
