As an "All Mountain" bike its light for a downhill bike, but heavy for a trail bike. Whatever...I like it!

Thats going to be a sick bike, must be hard to wait. Post it up when you get it!

my first MTB was a '05 Specialized Hardrock Sport. I paid 275 for it on craigslist. It was worth every penny. I sold it 6 months later for 250, upgraded to a Stumpjumper Comp HT.

Here is my Specialized Hardrock Disc. I picked it up in March, and so far love it!

From the day I got it:

And of course the obligatory "bike in the truck" pic :D

I am a little taller, 5' 10". My bike is a 19". I almost went with a 17", but after riding both the 19 felt better.

    On a side note...
I'm sure you guys know that the type of bike mount you purchase for your truck bed will determine how much room you have when the tailgate is closed. Case in point...in my truck with my bike
Factory Cleat - Rear tire would hit tailgate.
Performance Bike Mount - gained about 3 inches only because I mounted it above the back wall versus inside the bed.
    Food for thought.

absolutely. I mounted my Delta fork mount in the bedrail, and although my MT bike fits, my beach cruiser is a couple inches too long....

Could you guys post up some pics of bike mounts? This is something that I am going to have to do soon and I would love to be able to close the tailgate.

Dude, use a Yakima Blockhead, it's a super-easy add-on to the factory rail system!
