Spooled the new winch up tonight with 1000lb tension and it works perfect. Just have to put the front Bilteins on and new tires.

Everyone starts somewhere. I too started with spacer lift so I could afford wheels and tires. Later upgraded lift and still working on it...lol

Most shops in Portland do the alignment with a lift, I worked a Toyota dealer for 5 years and they put revtech on all the pre 18 taco's. I never saw or heard anything about 1/2 inch off? Is it side to side or front to back? I could see front to back. I am no expert though!

I recently put 265/70/17 KO2s on my truck and I'm having an entire truck shaking kind of feeling at around 50-57 mph. Any thoughts?

I just had 265/70/17 Nitto G2'S installed. My steering wheel was off to the left and when I would drive over pavement to concrete or painted road I would hear a sweak from my tires. Had it aligned yesterday, drives a lot better. I would think a shimmy or vibration on the front end would be wheel out of balance?

After being a Dodge diesel truck guy for 15 years, last week I bought my first Toyota Tacoma. Added mud flaps tonight and a rubber bed mat.

That's what I'm kind of thinking. Will out of balanced tires ware unevenly?

I agree. Much more beautiful in person than the pictures I took. You're lucky that you live in such a beautiful place. Our son lives in Clearwater area and his fiance 's family lives in Naples. They are getting married in November so we will be headed to Naples then. Won't be as warm but still looking forward to returning to that area.

I've read that KO2's can be hard to balance. Wherever you bought them from should check them for free? I have them but haven't had any problems yet..

Thank you all! I will most certainly be interested in the OVTune... used to do some diesel truck pulling so I can't help but pursue more power, lol...

Also had heated seats installed and also some Liqui-Cell in the seat bottoms. Hopefully the Liqui-Cell will help the ride some when traveling off pavement.
