Truck sat in the rain for an hour at the dealership, till i told them I had an appointment in 30 minutes. Then a tech ran out and changed the oil. I gotta start doing this myself.

Fumoto valve, a home made ramp and an oil filter drain line and you can be done in 20-30 min. Takes me that long to drive to the dealer and back.

I know, I know. But i was able to work remote while the oil was changed; so I ended up making way more than the cost of the service. I'm lazy and greedy.

Did he post an interior shot? I'm curious to see the magic a little closer.

It's 105 degrees, 99% humidity and raining like crazy these days. Plus the damn skeeters are hungry. God, I miss winter.

Never seen one before, cool af. Had to look around the web to find it. Wouldn't you know there's an old thread right here about them. The one complaint I have about mine is headroom. I wonder if you could use air actuators instead to lift it with aob. The surface area of the piston face determines the lift you get at a given psi so for 500 of cap/rack/crap you'd need 4 @125lbs divded by pi*r^2(area of piston) so a 2" cylinder needs ~40psi minimum.

I don't agree or understand about missing winter, but I get the rest. And I understand the difference between Maine and Florida, your summer is like our winter and vice versa. We are stuck inside most of the winter, you are stuck inside most of the summer.

For Sale: One shitty foam filter out of Secondary Breather. Good condition. No low ballers, I know what I have.

Seriously though I did the Uni Filter mod today. Took 10 minutes. The foam seemed in good condition, I'm sure it had been replaced at some point, since my truck has 103k miles on it...

You don't even need a ramp, did it by just crawling under. Empty water bottle to catch the filter runoff, and done!
