    Once when I was around twelve years old, I was scrambling to get out of the rain when I was fishing near a power line. While under it trying to get to the trail on the other side, the hair on my arms raised up and then lightning struck the tower twenty feet from me. Pretty scary stuff.

    1911 is designed to be carried in condition 1, cocked and locked. Grip safety must be squeezed, thumb safety flipped down, trigger pulled, then a boom.
