I just put 265/75's on my Taco. They seem quieter than the stockers that were on there. Much more aggressive tread pattern and make the truck look more better. lol.

The Spare does not have a Sensor in it, the last Tacoma to have one in the spare was 2008 or 2009.

I'm sure you will enjoy the tires, Did you go SL or E rated?

Nice. I'll post up a pic of mine later, but at 18k miles mine still look new and I have been very pleased with them.

BABF34BA-3DE5-4789-8221-155E8FC2CF8C.jpg I have about 50 miles of my P245/75/16 that replaced my worn out M/S 2. So far no balance issues short run up to 100mph smooth with no shimmy. With the WildPeaks I do feel more road feedback as compared to the M/S2s. Also I notice that the tires are quiet. Nice recessed rim guard.

Can anyone explain the certificate/extra protection from DT? I'm looking to buy a set of these tires next weekend. Also, what's your guys' experience with the warranty? Yes I've read through this thread already, but I'm hoping to hear about more recent experiences.

I like the tires but....they are louder than the pair of bfg's I had, they are made in Thailand no big deal but to some it might be.
And they only have 2 sidewall belts instead of 3 like bfg's.
They have upheld and have no complaints other than the those and if I have the money I will go with bfg's again. If not, Falkens 4 sure unless something else happens to come along.

Im so done with these tires. My first step in to AT tires and its been terrible. I hate them. They look great. But, ive got maybe 15,000 miles on em, been noisy with constant bad WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA from day 1 and it just keeps getting worse and worse and noisier and noisier. Im sick of it . Ive had them road force balanced like 8 times now at 4 different places, And weight location and amount changed every time. And there is a ton of weight to begin with. Never could get rid of the shake in the steering wheel. Ive moved tires back and forth and all around trying to find out which ones were doing it. It didn't matter, they all do it. It wasn't there before I put these on. Had one replaced after about 4,000 because it was determined it was too much out of round to ever be smooth. I think they all are out. im done with it. I don't know what the deal is, but im not getting them ever again.

Did you contact the company to try and file a warranty claim? I'm curious if they would replace it for you. I'm really scared to pull the trigger on these tires. What size/rating did you get? It seems the SL tires have better reviews than the LT tires.

ive had em over a year. And the place I bought em from doesn't normally deal with Falken.. And didn't really want to. And didn't really want to help with the one I did have replaced, until I got it done myself by calling falken. and its all too little too late. I kept thinking something would work.. It hasn't. Im done

My tires are about the same age and mileage as yours and I have not seen or heard any of what you have gone through. Sorry it didn't work out for you. A bunch of weight, noises, and vibrations scream something is wrong with a tire, but you had it checked. Hopefully your next tire works out better for you.
