Icon 3.0 Series for Tacoma??

Anyone see this pic they posted on their IG? Can anyone who was at FJ summit confirm this is happening for Tacoma? Thoughts?

3.0 Series coilovers are not in the works for the Tacoma/FJ/4Runner platforms.

Why is that icon? You know Tacoma owners would be chomping at the bit to buy 3.0 coilovers right?

 

You're gonna have clearance issues with the UCA and probably the coil bucket with a 3.0 coilover. Also 3.0 shock bodies are unnecessary to dampen the tacoma's weight. Just get properly valved 2.5s

 

I have a 2019 LC considering either full Icon stage 6 want to run 35"s , TJM bumper with winch and extra battery up front . From what have read there is only one spring for the 3.0 is there any load issues with the 3.0 having 600 lb spring load ?
my other option was a Tundra arm conversion with 2.5 tundra Icon shocks with spacers .
Has Icon done any other spring options for the 3.0 for the LC ?
