Hey everyone First post! whoohoo! so basically when I press the brake pedal, my right side turn signal in the rear comes on with the break light and holds steady(no flash) and the indicator lamp will turn on steady and dim...the right turn signal works normally when driving until I depress the brake pedal the turn signal indicator lamp will stop flashing and hold on steady and everything operates as described above, the signal will return to normal operation once the pedal is not depressed. I did wire my truck about 6 months ago for towing but have had no issues until a couple of days ago. Does this sound like a ground or crossed wire issue or is it an indicator of some more specific like a relay or something. Thanks for any help on this!

    Build thread in sig...
if you rewired it for towing and the problem did not start right away, i'd say that some electrical tape came off and your turn signal and brake light power are touching one another. or something along those lines

cool... I was thinking that was probably the problem, just wanted to make sure it wasn't some sort of Toyota code for a bulb out in my glove box or something:D thanks!
