But seriously, I was a double engineering major and was hating life. When a friend got a job engineering the roof platforms over gas stations, that pretty much reuined any of the romance I had for engineering (thought I'd be designing 787's and space shuttles, lol).

Then I took a rocks for jocks class: California Geology.

Same experience, guy was super animated, and obviously loved his job. Took a few more classes and then realized I could switch majors and still graduate in the same time. Because I already had all the advanced calc and physics classes, I was able to easily specialize in quantitative geophysics - even says so on my diploma. Because: nerd.

 

Work is boring. What actually goes on in here?

no worries. its all good, appreciate the thought though. Biggest issue with the front was the driver side, damn spindle was contacting the coil at full droop. still have not figured out exactly why but im starting to wonder if that UCA bolt might be stuck. When off stands and on the ground, its fine - no issues.
