That was a rhetorical comment on my part. No answer necissary.

Your reply was what is known as a self fullfilling prophacy...

    I'm good with that.

Found one that enjoys working. I enjoy that about her. In turn, that works for us.
She gets what she wants, I get what I want.

Ripped off all four mudflaps. Scratches all down both sides 6112’s up front on 3rd notch 5100’s in back with Toytech 1” block Skids & sliders from SOS Concepts I got rid of the 1” block and put on Wheelers 1 1/2” progressive AAL. SPC UCA. Be sure your standing on the drivers side when reading the instructions! I swapped sides so many times that I can swap UCA’s in 15 minutes. I put in the 3/4” spacer to eliminate the Taco Lean, and just got my 4th alignment. Traded the OEM rims for 17” Sport rims and a bora bora 1” spacer. I got my Firestone 285/70/17 MT2’s. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid and hi-lift jack should be here Friday. Looking at bumpers, but I think they will wait for next year. So far I’m happy with my build. I’ve done it all myself, leading to a lot of cussing and frustration, but it’s all mine.

Have to be careful about this thought process in a marriage. Start separating things too much and you start to separate... make sure everything, including finances is always clear cut and open between you.
I worked for tips in college. Took 100 stacks of 1’s to the bank. Multiple stacks... job(s) now pay much better...

We have separate bank accounts. Wife gives me a check for her share of the bills the 10th of every month, we each contribute to savings every month, then no questions about what we do with the rest of our money. It works well. Also makes bday and Christmas presents actually feel like presents, and not just things I bought myself through a broker lol

Separate accounts here as well, worked better when she had a paying job tho.

Relationships are like tires and shocks, no one can agree on what works the best.
But,,,, it’s a lot easier to hide all the extra money I get from being Rosie’s gigolo since we separated our money.

I have my checking account. Sandy has hers. They are seperate for convenience and accuracy of accounting. NOT as a method of division..

Her name is on mine as a secondary signature. My name is on hers in same capacity.

The law says what is mine is ours. What's hers is ours. Even as seperate accounts, we regard it all as "our money". We have a joint savings account. Two 401k's....with each other listed as secondary "owner".

SUCCESSFUL marriages are built on TRUST. Big part is money. If you can't find it within yourself to trust each other with no reservations, the marriage has one foot in the grave.

I can buy whatever I want. Same with Sandy. That requires BOTH of us to spend responsibly, and do everything in the best interest of BOTH of us.... It helps that both of us have incomes that EITHER is adequate for us to live at a standard we are comfortable with.

Fortunately, both of us are on the same page with regard to what we want. She also trust's me to spend money wisely.

Example; The FJ I just bought. By the time I have it done, will still have spent less than book value. It is a sound investment as well as a cool ride I always wanted. When we bought the Tacoma, Sandy wrote the check.

We have never had a disagreement about money. Helps to be "responsible adults" about matters of personal property.

    YMMV.

    So...

Me thinks Peanut Butter Hill is somewhere yonder way:

    upload_2018-7-20_8-15-1.jpg

I know it was in the 3 Pole system, not over on 4 Pole on the "easy" side. Possibly trail 70 or 71. Maybe even 73.
I'm about 50/50 on this. Because @Jibbs and I were in that area in December and didn't find it. Pretty much threw in the towel when we encountered the pine tree across a trail that was touching the base of a high power electrical tower. It was also getting late in the day, snowing, and he had a broken tail light and mirror at this point.

Does anyone from last year's meat have any idea where it is? Like to find it and run it again.
Yes, I know part of trail 50 looks like a peen...
