    You just want to see the crash test dummy's head bounce out the side window. :rofl:

    Inspection revealed a nice dent in my driver's side large main tube underneath the door. I have no idea if that tube is HREW or not.

    Your sliders are also 1.5" tubing with no scab plates.... and yes I wanna watch the dummy's head fly right into the camera

    This happened to mine on a trail out here a few months back....came down hard on the passenger side and I had my friend with me who's a big dude riding shotgun (6'3" ~300 lbs)

    Yea if you sit in the truck with it off and play with the windows you will notice that they get slower the more you do it. The window motors have a very short duty cycle and a relatively high amp draw for what they are. If there is something limiting movement, they draw more amps, start to heat up, which reduces their torque.

    They're pretty linear as is from the factory, mostly just the rebound is slightly digressive. But yes, they can play with it a lot to change it more to your liking.

    Mine are pretty buttery all around. No comfort issues either bombing washboards or entering business driveways too fast haha. But I think I have my spring rate spot on for my weight too. What spring rate and how armored are you.

    I'm thinking when I get around to rebuilding my Kings in the future that I'm going to swap the coils out for taller ones so that I don't have to rely on having so much preload for the lift I want, they don't ride as smooth as they should be after riding in a couple other trucks running Kings.

    I'd guess that you're close but may be over sprung, valving can help a bit still but I don't know if it could solve 50 over on either side.

    That's not how that relation works! stiffer springs require less preload longer springs just require you to take up less slack space with the collar but until that collar starts squeezing the spring it isn't preload

    Yeah I’ve seen that video. It’s a good example. Shot I’m even using HREW in my bed cage for the tire carrier and in the engine cage. I’m only using DOM in the main parts.

    The next step down in spring rate is 650. Can only change the front's total spring rate in increments of 100#

    A little valving change may help then, Icon's can be a bit stiff feeling on the road I've heard. Mine don't seem to reflect that though
