Does your other window do the same thing given the same variables?

If so then it's your window motor failing. Common issue on these trucks. If not then I'd grease your window tracks, guides, and motor drive with some grease.

 

Just the driver and now passenger back seat. Passenger front and driver rear works just fine.

 

I would take the window regulators out of both driver’s doors and grease the gear drive of the motor, and the points of friction like the joints. Clean the window glass runs too. If it still does the same thing then it sounds like your master switch could he at fault or your motors are failing. I suspect master switch because two on the same side is unsual.

 

I think there is one more parameter that should also be considered when troubleshooting stuff like this. That is the tires.

My 14" 700# coils on Kings were awesome with 15" C-rated tires (much like you are describing now with your icons). Not so much now that I have gone to E-rated tires and a wheel combo that weighs and additional 8.5 lbs more overall.

 

I'm of the opinion 700# is overkill unless you have a 100' steel winch line or 1/4 skids, maybe an extra two batteries. Something with substantial extra weight, a steel bumper and typical winch isn't enough in my mind to get to 700# coils, especially in @Dan8906 case, cause the AP bumper is especially light. My icons felt very nice last time out on my e rated KO2s as well

Tires are something to consider, but properly matched springs and shocks should be able to make that a non issue.

 

I went directly from one to the other. I also went from awesone to less that awesome with that change. In my configuration its the tires.

All I am saying is it is a factor that should be considered in the discussion.

 

Maybe ill add an extra battery instead of getting softer springs lol I also have KO2s

 

This is why we're going to get the tools to revalve or own stuff; 'cause I have the same problem.

I think I said this to you when we last saw each other, but I think it might be time for a revalve in the front, those tires you had could totally imitate softer suspension than you actually have

Oh man, that's the dream, I hate this being one of the things I cannot do easily at home. Need that nitro rig and a big stockpile of shims

I have they HREW 4x sliders. I have beat on those things . i do have a nasty dent in one, but so far so good. They do the job

I have some stock ones with 2 inch pucks if you wanna borrow.

My passenger side doesnt roll up without someone hitting the passenger switch and me hitting the master....strange

 

About those bumpstops. Are the wheelers suppose to go in the rear too? I have them in the front

 

Clean your switch contacts, really easy to take the switch apart and spray the contacts down, they corrode and get arc fouled

 

They aren't even supposed to go on our trucks

My truck is pretty heavy, and I have 650lb coils on my ADS coilovers.

Also just had them revalved stiffer on the compression side and love it. D rated tires. Speaking of which @Blackdawg - standard progressive piston for rebound/compression.
