    I have been lurking on this forum for a couple months but have yet to introduce myself. My name is Jarrod and I converted from small loud and fast sedan, to big slow and quiet truck. My small loud and fast car was a 15' Evo X that I traded for this bad boy. It came off the production line in Texas on May 10th, 2018, and it came home with me out of the dealerships show room on June 2nd. I couldn't be more pleased with the truck. The safety features are amazing on these newer vehicles these days. I've already avoided a collision with the brake assist.

    It came with a clear film coat all around, predator steps, 2 extra USB ports, center console locked safe, and LED bed lighting. Only thing I've done her so far is all around limo tint with 55% on windshield, window deflectors, neon glow kit in the cabin, replaced the interior lights with LEDs and replaced the ugly halogens with an LED headlight kit that matches the fogs/DRLs perfectly. I also painted the gray grille TOYOTA letters black instead of the dark grey they were.

    Currently I'm waiting on a Stoptech front big brake kit to get delivered since I'm a little uncomfortable with the amount of time it takes to stop this truck. My old Evo which weighed substantially less, had oem Brembos all around. That car could stop on a dime. Maybe I took good brakes for granted haha.

    I live in Orange County and if anyone has meetups or suggestions on where to do some fun off-roading in the area I am down to meet up.

    I was actually pulled over for speeding by a cop and he didn't say a word about limo tint. I've had the same on all of my vehicles in SoCal, Arizona, and SF. I was a little surprised that I never got a fix-it ticket in SF. But if you look around the road here in Orange County/LA, there are so many people that it just wouldn't be worth the cops time to pull you over. Plus they know it looks cool! haha

    That actually crossed my mind the other day. I was thinking if it was a smart idea as they make eye contact with other drivers..at least when I'm near a cop I feel their eyes on me, but maybe that's just in my head haha.
