“I had a tray with my weed, and I was walking through the hotel lobby and saw Rodney. He said, ‘I love weed. You know what I love more than weed? Coke.’ I thought he was doing a bit, but we found out he wasn’t.”
I cant believe they had a coke party during a hurricane in a hotel that was flooding lol

Definitely one of my all time favorite flicks. I have it pretty much memorized. I love to golf. That was definitely bill’s movie over chevy

    It’s my lucky fucking day.

The chauffeur’s Toyota Fortuner key fob battery died, so we got to stop at the local Toyota dealership to replace the battery.

This dealership is nicer than the one back in San Francisco. It’s all marble and glass inside.

Here’s the Hilux equivalent of the TRD Pro. This truck is fully loaded. It’s 1.6 Million Philippine Pesos, or $29,000. For comparison the 2017 TRD PRO MSRP is approximately $41,000. This Hilux has a 2.4l I4 Turbodiesel making 147HP with 400 lb/lbs of torque at 1,600 RPM.

They also sell tons of accessories and decals.

Armed Guard. You see armed Military and Police everywhere you go.

The doorman at every fast food joint I’ve been to has been a police officer. Every time you park at a lot or enter somewhere a guard with an inspection mirror looks under your car. Every time you walk into a mall you get patted down and your bags get checked.

They’re really serious about security here. It’s shocking.

There’s a Philippine Marine checkpoint at the entrance to our little town. Last time we went through they had grenade launchers and AR15’s.

You have to remember the Philippines has had martial law in the past and it’s especially strict under the Duterte regime.

It’s actually quite good. The fried chicken is comparable to Popeyes.

3 of them. He said they all have a different switch that doesn't work. I'll make one good one out of them.

That was the problem with the OEM one my guy sent me. The down function of the driver’s side switch didn’t work. I used my own master switch and it worked fine.

I’ve had a couple master switches like that for some reason. Seems like a common issue.

Just dug up this little number. This was the peak of my welding career.

It was a 3/16 plate of steel I welded to the top of some seat rails to even it out so I could attach angle iron to it.

Reminds me of when my dad went to Abu Dhabi for work. First thing he did was go to the Toyota dealer and ask for a Hilux badge to put on his 92 pickup. They had to order it, so it didnt happen due to time.

I was considering buying some of those TRD decals. I've never seen anything like them before, and they're OEM
