    I need to trim my damn cab mounts. I have the plates, but I'm on fence about just going that mild. Even though so far my contact on them isn't that bad, I'd prefer to make as much room as possible. Don't know what toyota was thinking putting those mounts there, but it is what it is. I'd actually like to lop the whole end off and just encircle the opening for the cab mount bushing hole, leaving nothing extending past that. From what I've seen, it just sticks out there for no real reason anyway. Once you get past the actual mount, it's just a metal horn that makes no contact with anything.. just fills in the wheel well for the sake of filler. Looks like it needs a lot of :sawzall: and a little :welder:with some :brianr: thrown in for good measure.

    Yea the cab mount is on a bit of a did place for those of us that want to run bigger tires. I've seen a few companies offering filler plates but if you cut it right you don't need to buy them, just reuse what you cut out. Have you looked into the relocation mounts by Alpine Designs? They look like a great solution too
